Our agency has access to the top health insurance carriers in the country and we will work with you to find the medical, dental, and/or vision plan that best fits your needs and budget. Group Life
Group life insurance is a type of life insurance in which a single contract covers an entire group of people. Typically, the cost of group coverage is far less than what the employees would pay for a similar amount of individual protection. The most common form of group life insurance offered is term insurance. When group term insurance is provided, the employer will pay for most, if not all, of the premium. The amount of coverage is usually equal to one or two times the employee's annual salary.

Group Long-Term Care
Extending coverage beyond basic medical and nursing care, long-term care insurance helps pay for the additional assistance a chronically ill or disabled person needs. This includes such things as extended nursing home care, in-home care, assistance with daily living activities and more. Depending on how your plan is structured, there may be tax benefits to both the employer and employees.

Group Long-Term Disability
One in five Americans between the ages of 35 and 65 will experience a disability lasting three or more months. Nearly two-thirds of these individuals will not be eligible for coverage by workers' compensation. Long-term disability insurance provides monthly benefits if an employee becomes ill or injured and is unable to work. This income replacement is designed to restore part of the work earning lost during a period of disability. Depending on the plan you chose, payments can begin anywhere from 30 to 365 days after the disability occurs. Generally, diagnosable illnesses are covered until the employee recovers, or reaches the age of 65.
